Shipping Policy

 

Drips Water attempts to be as low-impact as possible when it comes to shipping and packing materials. We make every effort to reuse and recycle boxes, wrap and padding received from our vendor shipments but doing so in an artful and efficient way. If we receive non-green packaging (polystyrene “peanuts” or bubble wrap) from vendors we will reuse as much as possible and encourage you to do the same. It is easier than you may think to recycle packing materials for reuse on future shipments, and we hope you will understand when your products may arrive packed in re-used but functional packing material. Drips Water is making an effort to keep these items out of landfills by following the 3 R's: Reduce, Reuse, Recycle. There is a debate on the greenness of E-commerce and we are always trying to figure out better ways in light of that paradigm.

When you receive your order, please inspect the package and contents for any processing errors or damage. We make every effort to ensure that your order gets to you safely and satisfactorily, however, occasionally errors and mishaps do occur. Within 72 hours please notify us by email at sales@dripswater.com or by phone at 858-461-4651 of any concerns you may have. After 72 hours of receipt we will assume that your shipment has arrived safely as ordered.

 

Shipping Costs / Ship Time

Currently, we are offering free domestic shipping within the contiguous USA for orders of $99. Typically orders will ship within 48 hours, but shipment times on special orders and back ordered items can vary. If we cannot ship within 48 hours we will inform you with the new shipment details via email. If an item is considered to be bulky, oversized or overweight, we reserve the right to modify the shipping charges, but in most cases, that will be noted in the product information. If there are any changes, you will be notified via email.

 

International Shipping

Currently shipping outside the United States is not available. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, and are in the process of reworking our systems in order to include domestic as well as international orders. You may contact us at info@dripswater.com for further information regarding the status of future international shipments.

 

Tracking Orders

An email will be sent to you confirming your order, followed by a second email confirming shipment with tracking information.
